Aberdeenshire January workshops

The first workshops of 2020 with Caroline in Aberdeenshire are this weekend, 17-19th January. All sessions, except weapons, are at Balvack.

Friday 6:30-9:30pm: Weapons, Fetternear Hall - entry via the "front" door not the kitchen
Saturday and Sunday sessions are 1-4pm & 5:30-8:30pm.

The price is £20 (concessions £12) per 3 hr session. Please bring food to share on Saturday and Sunday. Get in touch with your instructor if you need travel directions or feel free to contact me with any other question.

Wednesday morning Zoom class link

From 8.40am each Wednesday during lockdown, the Short Form session that would normally take place at Tooting Lido will be on Zoom. These sessions are open to all who already study with me or Mark Raudva, or our students. Sessions are available to play afterwards as I upload them to the Dropbox created for students. Get in touch if you need the link for that, as it is not publicly posted.

To join, drop me an email or text at least a day in advance, as I have set up a Whatsapp group and email group with the invitation for each week's class, as we have had too many problems with Blogger not allowing cut and paste of passwords, etc.

Sessions cost a flat rate of £5 for waged / folks with income. If you have had your income slashed by Covid-19, then please pay what you feel, even if that's only £1. Payments can be made to me via Paypal to carolineross at hotmail dot com. Please put reference 'Zoom class + date', thanks.

Tooting & Hampton Court T'ai Chi Classes

All Great River classes are currently postponed until after the Coronavirus outbreak measures.

Usually running: Tooting Bec Lido Pavillion class, all welcome from 9-10am Wednesdays, ongoing. No experience necessary. £9 (£6 SLSC members) We are off until after the self-isolation. Many video resources are available for my students, please email me at info at greatrivertaichi dot co dot uk for the link or to ask questions.

Online simple Chi Kung will be at www.instagram.com/greatrivertaichi from 23/03/2020 for everyone, not just existing students, in response to coronavirus events.

Zoom 121s shortly available with Caroline's teacher Master Mark Raudva, for those who have previously studied with him. Get in touch if you would like one.

Beginners and those with some experience can start with my teacher Mark Raudva in South London, full details at www.thetaichicentre.co.uk. New students are also welcome in Aberdeenshire at Kintore, Turriff, Monymusk, Culter and elsewhere. 121s are always available at all venues for those eager to start between terms, or who wish to study privately.
