"I'm having a Tai Chi session outdoors at my house just outside Inverurie this Sunday starting around 2 pm until about 5 pm. Please feel free to come along if you fancy it. As its outdoors its weather dependant  so lets hope its fine and sunny. I'm sure it will be.
Let me know if your coming and I will send directions to my place if you haven't been previously.
Also, If anyone fancies coming along beforehand for a guided meditation and / or Auricular Acupuncture please let me know. Probably do this around 12 .15 / 30 pm if anyone fancies it."

Oldmeldrum Class

There will be no Oldmeldrum Class this Monday (18th) due to the lower hall being used for an art exhibition. Normal service will resume on Monday the 25th at 12.30pm. All welcome.

Slow Down

My old friend Claudia Zeiske (in the hi vis vest to the right of the picture) of Deveron Arts recently organised a great festival in Huntly called 'Slow Down' and Scott took some T'ai Chi in the Square. From the photo it looks like folk are following along nicely. Ev runs regular T'ai Chi classes in the Huntly area, as well as in Elgin.
