Tui Na Massage & Acupuncture in London

I have just got home from a treatment with my good friend, old T'ai Chi colleague Kevin Grey. He studied with Mark for many years and will be back when work and life allow. He's been treating me for the VA (see previous posts) with Chinese herbs and acupunture, which have been very helpful. However I had Tui Na today as that seemed more appropriate, (in Japan this is referred to as Shiatsu, the systems are similar). Immediately after the treatment I have much better wrist movement and reduced pain, so watch out during the sword session tonight, Hackney students...

Firstly, I wanted to recommend Kevin as an excellent qualified practitioner here in London. In Scotland I can certainly recommend Neil and the Shiatsu posse amongst my students, but until now I knew no-one down South for acupressure massage. Also, Kevin will shortly be involved in setting up a Tui Na school with other very eminent Tui Na specialists, so they will be needing 'patients' for the reduced fee sessions where students learn the practical skills. This will be held near Old Street. To register your interest or to book a treatment with Kevin in Tooting (very near Tooting Bec tube) call him on 07905 322254 or email kg@kevin grey.plus.com . His website is still under construction, so shortly I will get him to write a paragraph about his work here.
