Starts this Monday - 3rd November 08. Time 12.30 pm till 2pm (Lunchtime). Upstairs at Oldmeldrum town hall - the square.
Class suitable for complete beginners and those with a little experience of T'ai Chi. Syllabus will include Yang style short form - Sticking (Listening hands), the warm up set, a bit of chi kung and push hands sensitivity training.
It will be a a relaxed class with plenty humour! All welcome.
Wear comfortable shoes/trainers and loose clothing. £5.00 per session or £3.50 concession.
