Tomorrow I go to visit my family then on Thursday I am returning to Scotland to assist at the week long T'ai Chi workshop at my home. It feels very strange to be preparing to travel North again as this is the longest I have been away from Aberdeenshire since I moved there over 4 years ago. I have some great photos from the last few days when Paolo and Davina came to photograph Mark for resources for students learning the Short Form. David will be working on the design with Mark, and I was mainly the fixer, reboundee and cook! I will post the photos when I get home. Yesterday I finished learning the postures of the sabre form, now the hard work begins to really put some life into it and fill it with energy as well as improve the postures themselves. P and D had an introduction to the sabre too, and as soon as I am ready I will organise a class for those interested.
It's been an amazing visit and I will write more another time. It's a very sunny day so I should get outdoors and get some air. I look forward to seeing everyone for the workshop and am available on my mobile if you need me before then.
