Chi Kung in the New Year

Several students have asked to learn the Five Elements Chi Kung and the other sets that I practise. I will organise a session one weekend in the New Year, have a look for good dates and let me know if you are interested. It will be a one-off 2 hour session at the HC studio, price £15.
