The T'ai Chi Centre 13th Annual Weeklong Intensive

Our annual summer workshop starts this week on Saturday at 2pm, feel free to arrive a bit early and have a cuppa. All the details are already on this blog, click the link to the right. We are so looking forward to seeing everyone and really cracking on with the work together. If you haven't come before, please come on the Saturday, and then stay for as many consecutive days as you like. On Friday night, 7-10pm, there is the usual stepping partnerwork session, to warm up the venue. Talu, Wabu, free pushing and Dance are all covered.

A few extra details:
On Saturday, bring food to share, during the week, bring food to share on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday if you were born on an even numbered year, and if on an odd numbered year, bring food on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are cooking facilities though few pots, so bring you own saucepan or tray if needed. Milk, teas and essentials are always welcome, keep an eye out during the and between us all it should stay topped-up!

There are no rubbish removal facilities at the venue, as they cannot afford the high commercial rates, and are not a residential home. We need to take out bin bags and recycling away each day, so if you are driving to the venue, we'd hugely appreciate it if you would take turns taking rubbish away.

There are showers and several loos at the venue, and students re welcome to stay at the venue, bring sleeping mats and sleeping bags, and whatever you need. I can supply a few things if needed, just ask.

Local parking is possible, as the controlled time period is before our sessions start. Please come to the Albany Park entrance, we can't use the riverside entrance on a regular basis.

If I can help in any way to make it easier for you to come along, just get in touch. See you there!
