Gothenburg

Thanks to Micke, Johan, Christina, Gudrun, Petter and Asa for their wonderful energy and hard work this weekend. We did 12 hours of T'ai Chi, Heartwork and warm-ups, and now I am sitting at the airport ready to return home after a lovely weekend. I am really looking forward to seeing you again in the autumn and at Mark's workshop in the summer or in Aberdeenshire. Thanks again to Christina for putting me up at her flat and introducing me to her amazing cats.
