A very good book for further study of Yang Style and for reference, this was the first of The Yang Family books that I read. Good photos and clear information throughout from the creator of the Long Form. A great martial artist of renown, Yang Chengfu himself was illiterate and most affirm that his books were ghost-written or at least scribed by his student Professor Cheng, who came from a more classically educated background.
I will bring this book to the summer workshop to sell.
