Thanks to all who came along to the last workshops of the year. It was lovely and busy, full of impromptu massages and delicious food as well as the usual sabres, Single Whips and San Shou. It's been a great year of study and friendship, though we all feel the lack of our dear Neil. His spirit seems still to be there at class when the room fills with laughter or when we are doing Heart Work. I send much love to all and congratulations on what you have achieved with your self-study and work together, despite (or perhaps because of) your teacher living 563 miles away.
