Dance sessions and advanced studies in Aberdeenshire

From November we will cease to run a designated Dance (San Shou) session on my weekends at Balvack. I have been delighted how well everyone learned the forms and how they have grown in depth with partner practice. We will still have plenty of time to work on the Dance and attend to any questions about it during the partnerwork sessions on a Saturday, as well as on the new session on Sunday evenings. My plan for the evening session on Sundays is an advanced study session, looking at topics we covered with Mark in recent workshops, as well as spirals, silk-reeling, left side, Heartwork, forward and reverse figure 8s, subtle aspects of uprooting and rooting, One Posture, tricky application questions, Taoist meditation, looking at The T'ai Chi Classics and so much more. Think about what else you might like to bring to the mix, as I hope to make this a relaxed but intense study session, a bit of a 'T'ai Chi lab'. All students who have completed learning the Long Form are very welcome.
