Please go and have a look at our totally redesigned, updated website, full of lots of new pictures, information and links. A few things still need to be added, including an articles page and the recipes will follow shortly too. Please let me know if you spot any typos or mistakes, and if you are on of the instructors, please feel free to send me venue photos or more correct details, as some class listings are a bit minimal so far.
