...to all the Aberdeenshire students who made this weekend so full of energy and learning. I am particularly happy that Claire and Alistair started studying the Long Form, and that the Dance students have now had a first taste of the Left Side Long Form.
Back in London with my bag mainly unpacked of its cargo of Aberdeenshire smoked bacon and frozen venison from Mortlach, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, when it comes, and a Happy New Year. I'll personally be celebrating those as well as my favourite excuse for candles and feasting - Winter Solstice. I have had a really wonderful year of T'ai Chi with you guys up North, (as well as with the Hackney posse, with whom I have 2 weeks of term to go.)
