Here are the dates for the 2014 Sunday sessions, 2-5pm at St Mary Magdalene Church Hall, as usual, £20, tea provided. All welcome except complete beginners to all sessions, just ask Mark if you'd like to come along for the first time. A couple of the dates may be subject to revision if the church needs the hall, but so far so good, I am delighted we have dates for most months. We may have a venue for extra sessions on the months when we cannot have St M's. I will post here as soon as I know more. I will follow the rotation we already have for Staff, Sword , Sabre, Heartwork (which may also include Heartwork partnerwork, One Posture, sensitivity training.), Power (which may include pressing and firing, rooting, rippling, uprooting, dragon walk, etc.) All weapons sessions will include solo form and partnerwork. If there is a session you really want to come to but can't, we may be able to swap the topics around, so just get in touch. We need 8 folks per session to make it really work for Mark, and we had great sessions this year. If you need any help so that you can come along, let me know. Also, if you'd like a session on another topic not covered (say: talu and wabu, or push hands, long form, or whatever), get in touch, as if you can get 8 people together, we can book Mark and the Hall.

I will produce flyers with all this info in the New Year, so it doesn't get lost in the Xmas card pile... Extra January, May, November and December sessions may occur at another venue, as mentioned. watch this space.
