I had the most amazing time and learned so much on the Coastal Forager course last week with the wonderful folks from Woodsmoke, who I wholeheartedly recommend. I also had a wonderful time learning more about fungi, and old hobby of mine, as well as diving into the wonderful world of seaweed with Fergus the Forager, a very interesting and inspiring man (here's his blog also). More photos as soon as I have had a hour on Photoshop cropping them...
