How to be Free
I am currently reading the delightful 'How to be Free' by Tom Hodgkinson, which I stumbled upon at the library yesterday, whilst vaguely looking through books on sheds and crochet (if there is a book which features both, please let me know...). It has lifted my hormonally sunken spirits and I thoroughly recommend it if you have any Taoist, ukulele-playing, veg-growing, anti-authoritarian or just plain work-shy tendencies.
Here's a couple of great random lines from the book so far:
'Life is about recapturing lost freedoms.'
'Anxiety is the sacrifice of creativity in the service of security.'
