Ash Die-Back
I am very happy to say that the lovely ash tree next door, which had large sections of shrivelled leaves all summer does not have ash die back disease. I just met the Defra expert dealing with it, who is also the UK potato expert, who was delightful. We could have talked veg, trees and woodburners all day, but now it's time to make more quince jelly. Just so delighted the tree is not blighted! Turns out ash die back will be manageable, as is horse chestnut leaf miner, and that there is alot of mis-information out there. When I get the links sorted, I will post them here.
