Next week at Mark's classes feature the sabre and sword sessions before regular class at 6.30pm.
Yesterday I had my first 121 lesson of the Left Side Long Form with Mark, which was excellent. I was living in Scotland when my class were studying this in London, and feel it is much better for me to study this now, after years of silk-reeling and open / close, which make it a bit more approachable. It has many variant postures and wonderful details.
I am extraordinarily busy with study, teaching and other work at the moment, hence lack of lovely pictures on the blog.
The next Sweden workshop will be on 24-25th November 1-4pm each day, more details soon.
