The next Aberdeenshire workshops with Caroline will be 28-30th September. The
price is £15 (£10 concs) per 3 hr session. Please bring food to share
on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday 6.30-9.30pm Partnerwork - all Short Form students welcome
Sunday 2.00-5.00pm Long Form
Sunday 6.30-9.30pm Dance, Heartwork, One Posture
