T'ai Chi over the summer

Mark's and my classes resume the first week of September. Janet in Tooting and Carmen in Hackney will be organising some get togethers for T'ai Chi, get in touch with them for details, or with me if you need their contacts. I will be teaching 121s, get in touch if you'd like one.
