After a week of excellent classes with Mark, and a really peaceful and productive session in our alternate Hackney venue, I shall have a rainy weekend in nature. I am so looking forward to the weeklong intensive, let me know if there is anything you need help with to be able to attend. Some folks have asked if I'll be teaching this summer, to which the answer is yes! A few students want to crack on with their sword form, partcularly, but if you'd like to plan lessons in this, or other T'ai Chi, do get in touch. Sessions will be held at Tooting at my home, or in parks by the River Thames.
