08 June 2012
On Sunday I am off to the Kuti for another week of chop wood carry water, both literally and figuratively. Apart from sitting meditation, I plan to do little else but read the Taoist Classics and Gary Snyder's collected writings, and to walk along the River Dart, weather permitting. Periods of intense volitional isolation seem to enable me to return refreshed and throw myself wholeheartedly into the throng for regular class, the Summer Intensive and into family and friends' events. Please save all emails and calls for when I get back after 19th June. T'ai Chi questions can be dealt with by Davina or Mark. Wednesday's HRC class will be taught by Duncan, please come along and support my excellent T'ai Chi brother.
