On Friday I am off to Berlin for the first time in many years, since I curated a weekend show of art in Koch Und Kesslau Gallery in 1999, on the way to play a two week tour of Poland with one of my old bands... How things change. This time I am going to see one of my oldest friends Markus, or now properly Dr. Knut Ebeling. I rarely ever search online re people I know, but having just done so, he appears not to have changed at all since I last saw him. I shall ask him for his secret when I see him. I will be staying with Sam Masich and attempting not to talk at all about T'ai Chi, but instead playing some music, eating cheese (a shared vice) and discussing David Hockney's 'Secret Knowledge', which I blogged about over Xmas. I won't be contactable except by text. Hope everyone has a great relaxing weekend.
