Abbreviations

Just in case you are feeling sleepy on the TLA front (three-letter-acronym), as I'm such a slow typist, in blog posts I will now mainly be using TCC for Mark's school, The T'ai Chi Centre, and GR for my school, Great River T'ai Chi. Hope that helps.
