December T'ai Chi

I'll be heading off to Scotland in a couple of hours to teach the weekend workshops. I am looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it along. There are two more weeks of T'ai Chi in London at Mark's classes and mine, except Hackney is not on next week due to the hall being full of a beer festival. We return for one night on 14th then break for Christmas and New Year. Great River and The T'ai Chi Centre classes resume on the week of 9th January. I will be available for 121s over the break.
