We welcome Carmen to the blog as she has been instructing this year in Hackney, ably assisting me with beginners, workshops and also teaching new begginers in 121s so that they can join in with the regular class.She will shortly be teaching an 8 week Introduction to T'ai Chi course in a North London gym. Good luck and well done so far... Hopefully she'll be sorting some get togethers over the summer for the Hackney T'ai Chi posse.
