Julian Wild's solo exhibition opens at Burgley House

Incomplete Systems 

until 31st October 2011

The show contains a body of 12 major outdoor works, 8 of which were completed over the last six months. The works in the show represent man-made versions of natural structures that respond to the Capability Brown designed gardens of Burghley House.
Alongside earlier System sculptures, the exhibition premieres a series of recent Incomplete Systems: these works take the notion of an expressive line or the configuration of a series of units from the earlier System works. They are constructed into forms that suggest the indeterminate and the incomplete.
