Hackney, tomorrow 25.05.11

My teacher Mark will be taking the class tomorrow and I will be assisting. Although we will aim to run to the regular times, it may go differently. Feel free to arrive early at 6pm for the beginner's session. Over the evening we will cover short and long form, weapons and push hands, at least, as well as some Heart Work. I look forward to seeing you all there.
