Lovely, busy week
I have a had a great week so far with Sam Masich and his girlfriend Antje staying, as well of lots of T'ai Chi. Last night 12 of us pushed hands in the garden here as class was not running. It was delightful, thanks for sharing the samosas, tea and great company... Today I will go to the river. Sam is off to Brighton to teach Long Form.
