The next Aberdeenshire workshops with Caro are:
Friday 15th April 7-10pm: Weapons at Fetternear Hall, all welcome. There will be new Jian postures and the rest of the Staff Form, plus stepping staff partner work.
The following workshops will be held at Balvack:
Saturday 16th 2-5pm: Short Form workshop. All levels welcome, including those who have been to Mark's Introductory session last month, those who have just started, or who have been coming for a while. There will be plenty for all levels. For the instructors, we will also be looking at how to teach Short Form level T'ai Chi clearly, and embodying the principles, without overloading a new student.
Saturday 16th 6.30-9.30pm: Partnerwork (esp. open / close DPH with slipping)
Sunday 17th 2-5pm: Long Form (esp. applications with insubstantial open)
Sunday 17th 6.30-9.30pm: Dance (incl. new B side postures)
Heartwork, any questions, applications and any other topics can all be covered in the last three sessions. Please bring food to share on Saturday and Sunday.
The price for all workshops is £15 / (£10 concs) per 3 hr session
