Mark's March workshops are coming up in a few weeks and here are the details:
Friday 18th 7-10pm weapons at Fetternear Hall, all welcome including those trying weapons for the first time.
Saturday 19th 2-5pm Wyness Hall: Beginner's workshop. Bring friends or family along who want to find out what it is you've been doing all these years!
At Fetternear Hall or Balvack: TBC as soon as I have numbers of attendees.
Saturday 19th 6.30-9.30pm: Partnerwork
Sunday 20th 2-5pm: Long Form
Sunday 20th 6.30-9.30pm: Dance
Heartwork, any questions, applications and any other topics can all be covered in the last three sessions. Please bring food to share on Saturday and Sunday. Any queries, get in touch.
Cost: £18 / (£12 concs) per 3 hr session or £35 for a whole day. Thanks to those who have already confirmed, booked or paid. Please let me know in the next week if you plan to attend, so we can decide on the venues.
