The next Aberdeenshire workshops with Caroline are as follows. The Weapons workshop on Friday is at Fetternear Hall and all other sessions are at Davina & Paolo's near Monymusk. Get in touch if you need directions.
Fri 10th 6.30-9.30pm: T'ai Chi Weapons.
Sat 11th 2-5pm: Short Form and related Partnerwork, and Heartwork - open to any beginner students.
Sat 11th 6.30-9.30pm: Partnerwork, both stepping and fixed feet, including Ta Lu, Wabu, knocking, double push hands, slipping hands, uprooting, and all other related work
Sun 12th 2-5pm: Long Form with applications, open / close, plus Heartwork and appropriate Partnerwork
Sun 12th 6.30-9.30pm: Dance, step figure 8 leap, etc and related studies
Each session costs £12 / £10. Please bring some food to share between the sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
