This just in from Darren of the HRC class, who was going to bunk off class tonight and next week anyway for very good reason...
"Jo gave birth to our daughter early on Tuesday morning! Yay! Jo and Olivia are now both home from hospital and both are doing really well. We are both really happy. Your tai chi calming meditation warm up worked a treat between the contractions. So much so that we arrived at the hospital only an hour before Olivia was born!"
