November visit to Scotland

Mark and I had a wonderful time in Scotland, thanks to all the students for their good work, and putting their whole hearts into their T'ai Chi. It's been my favourite week so far. Thanks too for al the delicious food and to those students who put up the visitors from London. I will post some pictures soon.
