I just recieved pictures from the afternoon of T'ai Chi I gave for the children of St Mark's School near me in south London. It was a fabulous day, I will post some more pictures when I have a mo to go through them. Two things I learned: 1. kids can really enjoy T'ai Chi and get something real out of it. 2. If you want to get the quiet, respectful attention of a group of children, demonstrate sabre form!
