October Bulletin

My T'ai Chi teacher, Mark Raudva, returns at the end of October to teach a series of workshops for all those interested at whatever level you are at with your T'ai Chi, even if a complete beginner. Contact me by phone or email to book a place.

Beginner's Introduction to T'ai Chi

Saturday 29th October at Mclymont Hall, Holburn Street, Aberdeen. 1-6pm.
All are welcome, wear loose comfortable clothes and soft shoes and bring a snack. Teas and biscuits will be provided. We are at this great central venue for the first time and we hope you can join us whether for revision or to get your first taste of moving meditation.
In advance the cost is £15 or £8 concessions, on the day it is £17 or £10.

Ta Lu Evening
Friday 28th October 6.30pm- 9.30pm, Drumblair Lodge
For T'ai Chi students who have done any Ta Lu partnerwork, this evening is for you! Step up to the next level or just come and revise, it will be great fun.
£10 / £6

T'ai Chi Partnerwork Day
Sunday 30th October 1-6pm, Drumblair Lodge
For all my students who have done at least one term with me, or students of other schools who have some experience of single and double pushing hands, whatever style. We will be looking at many aspects of working with a partner as well as answering any questions. If the night is fine and dry we will have a bonfire after the session!

One-to-Ones with Mark
All the spots are now taken, I will try to get him to do an extra day next time he comes up next time and give you plenty of notice for that. Vaguely pencil-in weekend of 10th February 2006
