Beloved, at this moment let mind, knowing, breath, form be included.

Here is a sphere of change, change, change. Through change consume change.

Just as you have the impulse to do something, stop.

At the edge of a deep well, look steadily into its depths until - the wondrousness.

As waves come with water and flames with fire, so the universal waves with us.

I loved this book when I came across it years ago.
An illiterate Tai Chi friend used it to teach himself to read. He came down with MS and moved to Canada. I guess he may be dead by now. He could see energy and loved Tai Chi classes for the fireworks. He's immortalized in one of the Tai Chi books: he was so handsome and strong they chose him for the photos. Leon Bryce was his name.

I first read this book when I was 13, it was one of the very first books to show me this 'other' way, the one not found in chasing the external through life. I just picked up a copy on ebay. What a delight, it's like meeting an old friend.
