This weekend in Aberdeenshire

From Thursday evening's Long Form class until Sunday afternoon's session we will be focussing on the practicalities of our T'ai Chi. Bring questions and queries, however mundane they might appear: 'which way round is this hand?' or 'how do these two postures join up?', for instance. Through absorbtion in the down-to-earth-ness of our practice we find we illumination beyond the detail at hand. We will be doing more static posture corrections as well as periods of working on your own form, not in a group at the same time, to diagnose any shortcomings and to remedy them.

The Sabre session will be suitable for all, and there will be time for a little staff work as well as revision of what you have learned of the staight sword.

Any questions, please call or email.
