Tooting beginners T'ai Chi class

People are still welcome to join the Tooting Bed Lido class which runs each Wednesday from 9-10am, for £8, or £5 for SLSC members. The purpose-built studio is wonderful, light and warm, the view of the lido and trees is spectacular too. Just wear loose comfortable clothing, no experience necessary.

Mark's students are also welcome to join us for £2 and assist me by standing at the front during form and warm ups...
