Slipping Hands

In the light of some of the work we did over the weeklong intensive, please add 'slipping hands' to your lists of partnerwork exercises and trainings that I emailed out about a month ago. I'm trying to keep it comprehensive! If you haven't received it, let me know and I will forward a copy. It's just a reference sheet to remind us of all the 2 and 4 hand drills, sensitivity training, push hands, stepping partnerwork and so on that we have ever covered.

Last night I joined the regular holiday time Tuesday night T'ai Chi meet at Janet's place in Tooting, there were 8 of us. I had a splitting headache from too much sun at the allotment but it was a lovely session. I reluctantly left them at 9.30pm drinking red wine and eating cheese and cake as I had to pick up blackberries and marrows from my brother's place to make into preserves today. I am stuck at home all day waiting for the delivery of my food smoker so I can recreate Sandy's excellent hot smoked trout and try doing some smoked cheeses, garlic, venison and paprika. Recipes will be gratefully received.
