This is the bulletin that I have just sent out to all students and other folks on our mailing list.
David has been helping me with Great River T'ai Chi since September 2005 and returns to London this May after the next weekend workshop. Happily, he will be back up for any other workshops we hold, including the week-long retreat this August, so we will be seeing him again. It has been wonderful working and practising with him.

All the May and August one to one lessons with Mark are now booked up.
November 10th-13th will be the late Autumn workshop, and will follow the same pattern as the May weekend.
Classes over the Summer:I plan to have a holiday and take study leave this Summer, so apart from during the period in August stated above there will be no regular classes from 30th June until 16th September. I plan to have the last class at my home on Thursday 29th June 7-9pm and begin again with the Sunday drop-in on 17th September 2-4pm. If I will be at home to take drop-in classes or one to ones during the holidays, I will post dates on the website www.greatrivertaichi.co.uk and also on my blog www.greatrivertaichi.blogspot.com
I have posted the 5 Elements Chi Kung on the website now, which is downloadable along with the Short Form, Long Form and Warm Ups Set. David and I will be assisting Mark in filming and photographing Short Form and possibly Long Form this Summer. We will make printed and video resources available to all our students as soon as we can. If you haven't had a look at my teacher's website recently, do, as there are great downloads of lineage masters and also of The Dance www.thetaichicentre.co.uk
