The T'ai Chi Centre News -Updated

Classes resume tonight at Streatham, 6.30pm. Regular classes continue all term, with sabre and sword class sessions next week as planned.

Last weekend workshop of term: Staff, 2-5pm Sunday 14th July, usual venue, etc.

Last classes of autumn term week of 16th December.

Monthly Sunday workshops continue September and October, see yellow flyer for details. November and December sessions are rescheduled for the New Year as the Magdalene Players have taken over the hall.

New prices from September 2013:

The T'ai Chi Centre's prices have not gone up for over a decade, (actually 13 years). There will be a small increase from September, but concession fees remain very low, and those who do not study weapons will not pay for those weeks. The additional fee for sword and sabre study each month at class will end. Regular termly fee-paying students at Great River or Isleworth schools may still come along to Mark's classes at the concession fee price.

Correct change will be greatly appreciated!

6 week term blocks: £90 (concs £66) (Next new term starts first week of September.)

As the first Tuesday class of term was cancelled due to the continued hall refurb, Tuesday students will pay a week's less fees this term.

Those who do not wish to study weapons will pay one or two weeks less fees (each weapons week deduction £15 / £11 concs) per term, depending on how many weapons session fall in that block. The above fees are divisible by 6 to make this easy.

Drop-in fees per week: £18 (no concs)

Extra Tues or Thurs class on top of your regular weekly class: £5 (unchanged)

Swapping a Tuesday for a Thursday or vice versa – no cost.

121s with Mark: £70

3 hour workshops (such as Sundays or workshop segments): £20 (£12 concs)

However, if any of these price changes mean you cannot afford to come to class, please speak to Mark privately, to arrange what is affordable, as finances should never get in the way of being able to come along.
