Some Good Things

Simon and Cher of Clear Sky T'ai Chi in Brighton sent me this pic from TC Caledonia, here Sam Masich was explaining 'resting in' and 'supporting' in sticking and push hands. Sam and his two good students Christian and Jerri stayed at my home for 3 days before the event and were a real pleasure to spend time with. We all went to the Tate Modern, my first time for over 5 years. Also thanks to Jerri for her gift of a really great book...

Having just seen the pictures from the castle demo below, posted by Ev, I am now really gutted I didn't get to Stirling in time to see it... I had such a good time last week. There was a busier yet mellower vibe than the previous year. I still haven't made time to write about it, but I will soon. Anyway, I must go to bed now as it is very late and I have a long day travelling to teach in Inverurie tomorrow evening, which I am really looking forward to, as well as assisting Mark all weekend with the workshops.

Tonight the intermediate group at Hackney finished learning the postures of the Short Form and the more senior students finished the postures of the Northern Sabre Form - well done! Now we can really start to work...

Passionflowers, broad beans and Bagua in the back garden today - very good.

Aberdeenshire garden T'ai Chi gathering below looks like it was lovely... I wish I could 'bi-locate' at will. See you all soon.
